Ensure the concept of “Right First Time” to avoid occurrence of any financial / image loss to the company.Understanding the customer needs and actively using the information to promote excellent service to customer and to maximize business efficiency.Manage and Control the Inventory carrying cost level in align with organization functional and financial requirement.Manage and Monitor the proper usage of Resource utilization & Capacity leveling in accord with the Business needs.Closely Monitory the inventory, Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize Write-Off ( FG,RM& PM).Conduct the root cause analysis for supply related issues and perform define corrective action plan to avoid reoccurrence.Closely Monitor the Information and Material flow internally (Within the Organization) and externally (With Customer & Supplier).
Implement and maintain inventory and Material Management strategies for FG, RM and PM by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels (Safety Stock, MOQ, Lead time etc.).Close coordination with Production, warehouse and Logistic team to ensure optimizing the balance of inventory across the Supply Chain network in line with target Customer Service levels, levels of forecast accuracy and SS Levels and act as lead interface to plant manufacturing activities to resolve supply issues related to production.– 6 of October or Giza government resident is a must
